ECI OFFERS J-VISA AND F-VISA PROGRAMS
FOR PUBLIC AND PRIVATE SCHOOLS
Below is a listing of ECI programs designed to meet the needs of every student wanting to study in the United States and go to a top U.S. university. ECI offers counseling services to all of our students and using the ECI Educational Program, ECI can show students how to get into top universities that they would not be able to enter if they applied themselves.
ECI has 15 years experience helping international students attend and graduate from U.S. high schools. Our specially designed programs and personalized academic counseling services show students not only how to graduate from high school, but also how to get into top U.S. universities.
SUMMER & WINTER F-1 VISA & B (Tourist) VISA PROGRAMS
** NEW! Academic Preparation and Summer High School Tour (F-1 Visa): This program is for the serious student between the ages of 14 and 18 who wants to quickly improve his/her English. ECI can issue an I-20 for this F-1 visa program, or students can attend on a B (tourist) visa. During this 9-week program, there will be several tours of academic high schools, public and private, and college campuses in California. At the end of summer, students have three options. They can continue to study in the ECI English School Program until they meet entrance requirements for their chosen high school; they can transfer into an accepting high school (public or private) without having to apply for a new visa and without leaving the U.S.; or finally, they can return home. Students stay at the dormitory of Monterey Bay Academy with an American or other international student roommate. There are off-campus activities every Saturday and Sunday. American Culture and English Conversation Camp & Contract Programs: ECI offers programs in Northern and Southern California in both summer and winter. Summer programs take place on Monterey Bay in Northern California, while winter programs take place in San Diego, California. Learn about American culture from American teenagers who want to share their culture and learn about your culture. American teens will escort students on weekend activities and afternoon off-campus activities. Class time each day teaches students about the many places we will visit during their stay and provides them with the tools to communicate with American teenagers. Summer 2009 Marine Science Camp: In 2009, ECI will co-host a Marine Science Camp. Monterey Bay Academy has opened one of the top high school marine labs in California. The ECI Marine Science Camp will include wet-lab work, open water observations in kayaks, along with ESL instruction and internet research. ANNUAL J-1 & F-1 VISA PROGRAMS
Public High School Program (J-1 Visa): Students may enroll in a public high school for one year on the J-1 visa and live with an American host family. Students may also attend a private school and choose to live either in a dormitory or with an American host family. Public Schools J-1 Visa Program.
Public High School (F-1 Visa): There are a small number of public schools in California that have agreed to accept ECI students if ECI provides sponsorship and guardianship for the students. While the F-1 public school program is for one year, like the J-1 visa, students may continue their studies by transferring to another school. Students are allowed to stay in the United States as long as they are a full-time student in good standing. Public Schools F-1 Visa Program.

Private School Program (F-1 Visa): ECI is continually adding to our list of private schools that will accept ECI students if ECI provides guardian and sponsorship services. NORTHERN CALIFORNIA
The Waldorf School: This Santa Cruz, college preparatory high school emphasizes the arts along with academics. Students stay with host family. ESL offered. (Apply Now)
Monterey Bay Academy-Dormitory: MBA sits right on the ocean, All students stay in dormitories. ESL offered all four years. (Apply Now)
Monte Vista Christian High School: Located between Watsonville and Santa Cruz, students attending this program can stay with an American host family or stay in the school dormitory. ESL offered grades 9 and 10. (Apply Now)
San Domenico High School-Dormitory (girls only): San Domenico High School sits on a beautiful campus north of San Francisco in the city of San Anselmo. San Domenico is an all-girls, Catholic high school. ESL offered. (Apply Now)
Rio Lindo Academy: Students stay in dormitories on this campus. This high school campus sits in Northern California in the Napa Valley town of Healdsburg. ESL offered. (Apply Now)

SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA
Christian High School of San Diego: Large private school with about 1,000 students located on a beautiful campus. 14 Advanced Placement classes offered. Students live with host family. ESL offered. (Apply Now)
El Cajon Middle School: El Cajon Middle School is located in Southern California just a few miles east of San Diego. International students live in a house on the campus. ESL offered. (Apply Now)
**NEW! Calvin Christian School: This high school with strong academics and sports programs is located in the Southern California town of Escondido, about 30 miles north of San Diego. No ESL classes are offered. Students live with host familty provided by the school. (Apply Now)
**NEW! Tri-City Christian School: This K-12 school is located in Vista, California, just outside of San Diego. The school has a student body of about 1200 students. Students stay with a host family. No ESL classes offered. (Apply Now)
**NEW! SDA San Diego Academy: SDA San Diego Academy can accept students for the 12th grade and graduate them, if they meet graduation requirements and have sufficient English proficiency.
